If you mean Viktor's Tale, the piece for clarinet and orchestra John Williams extracted from the score, it's available at SheetMusicPlus (see the link on this page) -- $375 to purchase the score and parts. Use the advanced search for "Terminal" under title et. al. and "Williams" under composer.

Just did a search for Viktor Tale for clarinet and wind esemble and got no results. Orchestra only so far............(grrrr)

The following is a response (14 May 2007) from Mike Hansen at Hal Leonard to a query about a wind ensemble arrangement: "We are working on completing this project, but there is not a concrete release date that we can offer at this time."
