Check on http://www.thefreemusicpage.com/solosandsmallensembles.html. There is a flute and piano arangement there. Since both instruments are in C, it can easily be played on two Bb (or A, or C, or Eb) instruments. The piano part is not hard to convert to a single line for clarinet. If you are adventerous, I have already done the conversion and could send you a copy to try. It probably has a few typos, but my daughter and I play it.
