 strange serialno on a BC

a friend of mine just found an old trashed clarinet in a room on the school.
it is some kind of a wooden BC and a lot of things are taken of from it.
when we tried to find out what it was and from where the serialno searchengine on the buffet site showed us a bassoon. :P

it has the number 165K1!!
any ideas of what it is?

my friend are trying to restore it anyhow, to have it as a marchingclarinet! wish him good luck!!

edit:
the left pinky keys are a bit strange. the B and C# keys are on the same axle instead of separated as on every buffet i have ever seen!!! and the C key are under it, placed kind of strange for a buffet. it has to be oooold...
any of you collectors who know?

This clarinet has been made in 1916. Definitely professional Buffet Crampon model.
