 Pruefer Clarinet Info Needed

I have a Pruefer Wooden Clarinet labeled "USQMO" with a serial number of 4667. Any ideas on its age and approximate value?

Having an old Bettoney [US made] cl with USN [I read that as US Navy, prob. from the late 1910's of WW I ]. So I read your USQMO as US Quartermaster ?Office/Organization? again WW I. Others,please help, Don
