Eh?
Seems to be working right for me, as in this note.
Maybe 'twas just a momentary glitch in the server, or something.

You must have changed your private setup from "Flat View" to "Threaded View" ... the BBoards haven't changed.

Still looks the same to me, but if I log out of the oboe board and log back in, it goes to 'Threaded View' which is easy enough to sort out just by clicking on 'Flat View' so you can see all the replies.

If you allow Cookies on your browser then your browser will communicate your preferences back to the Forum, and eliminate the need to log back in every time.

Sometimes, however, cookies choose to expire for no known reason...and your last time's preferences are gone.

Computers are deterministic ... there was a reason (like you set your browser up to expire them or cleaned out your browser's cache), even if you don't know what the reason is. The expiration date set by the server for those cookies is significantly in the future ...

As are instruments.

Sometimes a cookie "doesn't make it" back to the server (or arrives there crippled), and the server hands out a spanking new blank cookie in return...voilĂ .
But we digress...
