Seeking recommendation(s) for music books containing "all" the old familiar classical music themes, arranged for Bb.
I'm not looking for "performance" music or full scores or even the clarinet parts of those full scores, but the "main themes" no matter which instruments "really" play them in a proper performance.
This is for learning, practice, recreation, and fun for myself, an amateur with no substantial aspirations (except to hit the right notes at the right time - nothing to it!) in the privacy of my own home (for now).
Thanks
JDS

You might check out <www.8notes.com>. They offer a large selection of free sheet music. For a $20/yr subscription you have access to even more. There are over 100 entries for clarinet, many of which are exactly what you are seeking -- the classical standards arranged for Bb clarinet and organized by level of difficulty.

Many thanks!
Both suggestions are spot on.
I also noticed that BJ Linear, one of the Board sponsors, has an "Old Warhorses" book so I can review tables of contents and, perhaps, buy from the "local" merchants.
