David Dzubay, American Midlife for Clarinet and Orchestra
Author: Jack Kissinger
Date:   2006-12-26 19:45

In the June, 2006 edition of "The Clarinet," Luis Rossi reviewed a concert performance of David Dzubay's clarinet concerto, "American Midlife" by James Campbell with the Indiana University Philharmonic Orchestra (composer conducting). In the review, he noted that he saw recording equipment and hoped that a CD might be forthcoming. I don't know about an eventual CD but the performance is available at:

in mp3 format for anyone who might be interested in hearing it. (Pro Nova Music is Dzubay's publisher.)

Best regards,
jnk
