Does anyone know if you can just buy the Buffet Tosca barrels separately?

after i played my friends Tosca barrel on my R13, i tried to find out if anyone at Clarinetfest 06 would have them to try out/buy. Was not successful. A shop in the UK has them on their website as being in stock, but i can't remember the name of the store.
in the end i found a Zinner/Lomax barrel that really does the trick- in fact, the friends whose Tosca barrel i like offered me $500 cash for the Zinner!
