Rampone Milano Brevettato

Does anybody have information on this clarinet? It's wood with a single-piece body. It is engraved with "Rampone Milano Brevettato," and the case has words in it that appear to reed "Ditte riunite" followed by A Rampone B Cazzani C" and "Milano." The keys are quite tarnished, and I'm not sure what they're plated with. It has a right low Eb key, left hand Eb key and several extra trill keys. If it helps in identifying the instrument, the case is black with a green interior and basically looks like a somewhat large flute case, with the body placed in the upper row of the case and the lower row containing (left to right) a small rectangular compartment with a lid, a tiny circular compartment with an containing a small black plastic cylindar with an unscrewable lid that I do not know the purpose of, what appears to be room for two mouthpieces with a removable division to separate the two, and an area for the barrel and bell that also seems to use a removable divison to separate them (though apparently, it's been lost). I believe that it is from the 40s, but I could be wrong. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
