Do you mean, would it be a good horn? Yes it would, maybe for a student. It has a nice, durable ebonite body that wont crack and it wont break easily at all. One of my students has one, and shes learning fast on it, though at times it seems as if its a little bit harder to blow in and not get a metallic, edgy sound.

We are the music, while the music lasts.

I have a selmer CL300 that I have played. They are excellent student instruments, durable, easy blowing, decient tone. I would recommend them.
