Toaccata by Washburn

My highschool windenemble is about to play toccata by washburn. I was wondering if anyone has ever played this piece and if there is a recording of it out there. Thx.

Crane School of Music, SUNY at Potsdam, NY, one of the finest schools in the USA for music education, which also emphasizes a very high calibre of performance, has 3 of the leading American composers of orchestral, band, solo and and choral music: Robert Washburn, Elliot DelBorgo and Arthur Frackenpohl.

When I attended Crane I was fortunate to study and play under all of them and perform many of their compositions.

Although I do not specifically remember Washburn's Toccata for Band (although I vaguely remember a piece called Intrada, Chorale and Toccata) his works are full of complex rhythms, changing keys and very lovely melodic lines.

I'm certain it will be a nice challenge.
