Try Frank Music (<frankmusiccompany.com>) on 54th Street or Patelsons (<patelson.com>) on 56th Street or the Julliard Bookstore on 66th Street.
Frank's on-line catalog lists the Finzi at $26.95 (they tend to be more expensive; probably cheaper elsewhere if they have it).

Thank you everyone. Tried Julliard, Patelsons - no luck. Called JWPepper they had a copy in stock and we should have it in three or four days.
