 Lawton-style ligatures for clarinet?
Author: Chris P

Does such a good idea exist?

Geoff Lawton made what I think to be the best example of these ligatures that stayed on the mouthpiece, but is there a clarinet mouthpiece with a similar concept?

Maybe the easy way is to find an engineer to mill out the slots to take a Lawton ligature - probably a baritone one with a soprano pressure plate, or the rubber cushioned pressure plate found on the BBS models would work.
