I'm looking for arrangements for 2 flutes, bass clarinet and bassoon suitable for playing in a church service. Of course, we could substitute an oboe part for a flute part and cello parts for bcl and bsn. I've already checked out the resources on this page without much luck.
Can anyone point me in the right direction??

For odd groupings such as yours, the best route to use is to look for a string arrangement and then transpose as needed. Not the easiest solution, but one that offers much more flexibility with so many centuries of string writing at hand.
In the quartet mode, however, you're a bit heavy at the lower end. How about shifting from bass clarinet to soprano, then splitting things up violin/flute, violin/flute, viola/clarinet, and 'cello/bassoon?

We don't have a set date but would like to do something during the summer months ... perhaps more than once.
