It's the Dances of Galanta and is still very much under copyright. You'll need to find out who the publisher is and ask them ... it's also available (from memory) in orchestra excerpts book - which one I've no idea, haven't seen it for ages.

Most of the part is in the Peter Hadcock 'Working clarinetist' book, including all the major solos.

The Kodaly excerpt found in the International Edition (Volume 8) needs one note correction (what? just one?)
The next to last trill of the final cadenza - measure 578 should be Eb to E natural. All trills in measures 577 and 578 should be half step trills ...GBK

*looks around and whistles innocently* you could always discreetly check with a local symphony player. Some are known to have "accidentally" copied lots of "rental only" parts, not that I would know anything about that...
That said, if I were in possession of this hypothetical secret stash, I would only share it those who are close to me.
