Heard a great recording of the Stravinsky Ebony concerto on Radio with this guy on clarinet?
He is very good...What is he playing on?...pretty amazing player!

I don't know if he's still an active participant but Michael Whight used to contribute to the Klarinet list. You might try asking your question there. Or, if you search its archives for his name, you may pick up some information or his e-mail address so that you can ask him directly.

Just picked-up Dr. White's newest disc: "Dancing in the Sky" ... stunningly outstanding clarinet work and period authenticity. And, his female blues vocalist is a dead ringer for Bessie Smith. v/r Ken
