Its great to talk with a famous composer ! I hope Jim Lande may give you some info re: Noblet. My poor-quality Victory with a non-original barrel measures 15 mm bore, cl and top-section of barrel , it has an enlarged socket of course [some 1/2-5/8 " in length] to accommodate the O D of the tenon/cork. The mp socket is about 23 mm. I'm quite sure these horn bores are all cylindrical, is this correct Jim?
