Why can't I get to any of the links offered on the right of my screen? (service, Mouthpieces & Barrels etc.)? I click on them and I get a blank screen. I'm on a new, good computer. (PC)

Check your "Preferences" or whatever your new computer calls them. Some are set for "double-click" and some "single" [you get to choose]. Might be that. they work for me and I have a new computer (doubleclick--my choice).

Nope - not it -but good try! I go somewhere - but nothing comes up on the screen other than the stuff at the top of the page. (This is the only place I have this problem)

No idea. It's a bunch of graphics, so if you have a slow connection it's going to take a significant amount of time.
It's just a normal page - tested under Netscape, Opera, IE, and Mozilla. Even lynx works ...
Also, if you have technical problems it's much better just to contact me directly rather than post here. I get suggestions occasionally that way, too (but don't be disappointed if I don't act on them ... there are a number of reasons that what might be "good" for you might not be good for someone else, and I have personal biases for/against certain software packages)
