 Perhaps this isn't the place to be posting this, but I know you guys are music lovers and have identified midis in the past.  I found this piano piece on a webpage and, although it sounds very familiar, I can't think of what it is.

 Yes, it is the book I Prelude in C major which used to be used with Ave Maria to create a two piano disaster.
