During Stoltzmans recital here in Madison, WI. his accompanist, Emanuel Ax, mentioned the culinary artistry the clarinetist siting a visit to his home and the wonderful food the musician served up.

Another way of saying, "Man, can that clarinet kat cook" I guess................
