I would second Mark's opinion. When I was a Junior in High School and playing principal at some Honor Band festival, schools began approaching me for scholarships, but they were pretty minor, such as UC Davis, San Francisco State, and a couple other tier III or lower schools. Unless she's a major, she's probably not going to get a scholarship to a major university unless she majors in performance or music ed.
