This one looks like a mixture of thumbplate system top joint with fully automatic 8ves and Boehm system lower joint - the RH main action is like a sax and the RH pinky keys are arranged like flute footjoint keys:

This one's an old German system - I've got one very similar to this which is unstamped, but the bell shape on mine looks more like an old Mollenhauer I saw listed on eBay (and the more decorative bells on some very recent Ludwig Frank oboes):
