also common in pregnant women is the umbilical hernia, where the rectus abdominis muscles separate and then you get a wee 'balloon' where you don't want one.
I don't connect oboe playing with any danger of forming one of these, unless of course you've got an anatomical weakness there in the first place.
I wasn't usually very comfortable playing when 7 months 'along', though...
