I have a custom Yamaha clarinet that has a 55mm barrel and a longer upper joint than other clarinets. Anyone know a double case that it can fit inside of? The case it came with is falling apart.

I use a single Protec case that has really flexible "stuffing" so there is not a problem fitting my Yamaha CSG in it. I think their double cases may be the same.
Another thing you may try is to order a double case made for German, Oehler system clarinets. They are made to the same ratios (ostensibly the CSGs are "Germanesque" anyway). I had a BAM double case for my Wurlitzers that worked great. I believe any BAM dealer should be able to order that for you.
ALSO...........
Check out what's available on Thomann.de (for example)

With Protec, definitely check the specific model. My Protec case has very firm foam, just barely being able to fit my slightly long clarinet upper section (barrel is 63mm, so it's just 3mm or so longer than a "regular" one). A part a few millimeters longer wouldn't fit.
Mine is a Protec Max. It's also possible they have changed over the years regardless of model, I bought it a few years ago.

The CSG models will fit in the higher-end BAM cases, which have very soft foam that can be force-squished to accommodate the longer upper joint.

Also, I'd check the case from Selmer Recital- those are made by BAM, and Recital also has longer upper joint.

Hang dang it Paul, I LOVE that case and would get one in a shot if I had some spare $$$$ floating around...
