 Hello,
I'm interested in the online resource on extended techniques by E Michael Richards at
 http://userpages.umbc.edu/~emrich/chapter5-2.html
There seems to be a book available and an e mail but I've mailed him with no response. Also, the links sometimes work, sometimes not. Any advice on this or other books you've found helpful for extended techniques?

 Thanks!
 Karen

 Hello Karen,

Off the top of my head, here are some good extended-technique resources:

Phillip Rehfeldt, "New Directions for Clarinet" (revised edition, 1994),
 University of California Press

Kelly Burke "Clarinet Warm-Ups: Materials for the contemporary clarinetist"
which includes multiphonic fingerings and quarter-tone fingerings

Bruno Bartolozzi "New Sounds for Woodwinds"

Quarter-tone fingering charts for soprano and bass clarinet on the website of Jason Adler: www.jasonalder.com
