The Oboe BBoard

I know a lot of students do it the other way around, but my parents weren't musicians and didn't realise that piano lessons would be of any benefit! Now I really want to learn to help my students and my arranging/composing.
I know this isn't totally oboe-related, but I am hoping that the expertise on this board might be able to point me in the right direction.
What I am looking for is a piano tutor/method book that is more suited to someone who is already a musician, rather than starting from scratch or aimed at children. It also needs to be classical focused, not aimed at just learning chords for pop music as some of the books seem to be.
Alfred has an adult course (a basic one and one that includes theory) which seems to come highly recommended (and is cheap on some large book sites), but if anyone knows of or has used others which perhaps don't go as slowly or acknowledge previous musical training, I would love to look into them!
