I'm sharp in the 3rd register

I was hoping you all could help diagnose this dilema:

I'm very sharp on notes above high C. I seem to be pretty close in the the low and middle registers.

My equipment:
Renard 333 rented from Forrests
My own reeds (made to Weber standards, kinda)
Staples are Chudnow or Stephens, but same problem on all
Joshua +2 shape

I may have just solved the issue by moving my lower jaw down and back. Anyone know if that's probably the main culpret, or if there could be other factors there?
