I was wodnering if anyone could be able to send me a part of the Brahms or Mozart clarinet Quintet transposed to a Bb part. I don't have my A clarinet available at the moement and we will be performing this piece soon...

actually, C minor is a great key for strings! One that lies very well under the fingers on violin.
I do remember seeing a published part for the Mozart, but not sure who the publisher was. A group that I read with regularly brought it out, and it had only the Bb part (so I tried to transpose it to A instead of reading in Bb...).
Have you tried renting an A clarinet?

How soon is "soon"? Enough time for you to write out the needed parts, either by hand or with software?

has a Finale file for the Mozart, which you could transpose if it's compatible with your version of Finale, if you're a Finale user. Might someone else in your ensemble be able to help you with this?

You might be thinking of the Cundy-Bettoney edition. They also did an edition of the Brahms Clarinet Quintet transposed into C minor so that the clarinetist could play off the A clarinet part, but on Bb clarinet.

My advise, please don't, borrow an A clarinet. You loose the character of the works on a Bb clarinet, not to mention the low E. ESP eddiesclarinet.com

midwest musical imports (mmimports.com) rents an A clarinet also. that could be a good option.

That would be my advice as well. I wasn't suggesting playing the Mozart Quintet in Bb major or the Brahms Quintet in C minor. I was harking back to an era when pieces were arranged and published a semitone higher for people who did not own an A clarinet.
For one thing it would not be proper to have the strings learn a piece a semitone higher than the key in which they will play it the rest of their lives.
