If you ever are interested in finding the original piece for band and 2 clarinets, University of Michigan has it. I am playing it with my good friend and our High School Wind Ensemble. I love the piece

Peter,
You may already know this but, just in case, there is a Finale version of the score on Oliver Seely's website:
http://www.csudh.edu/oliver/clarmusi/clarmusi.htm
Just scroll down the page until you find it.
According to the site, "The files in this section are of the full score for band accompaniment. This modern edition was made possible courtesy of the Biblioteca di Archeologia e Storia dell'Arte di Roma. It is derived from Manuscript No. 287 in the Alessandro Vessella Collection."
The parts can be extracted from the score. There are also files with the two clarinet solo parts. My recollection is that, unlike many of Oliver's scores, this one includes articulations, dynamics, etc.
Best regards,
jnk
