I have played at least 20 1010's in my life as well as the model down the Imperial 926/925. I have never had a particular problem with the pitch on any of them. They were our stock instruments when I was in the Army and they played perfectly well in tune with the American flutes that were being used at the same time and also with the Selmer Paris saxophones!
