 B+H 1010
Author: Emily Jayne

I am using the original 1010 mouthpiece. You may remember my 1010 was made in 1981, and sat in the cupboard at a violin bow-maker, a friend of ours. It came with a 64 mm barrel, but we got a spare and had it shortened to 62 mm. I am now using Mitchell Lurie reeds with a B+G Ligature, which seems to have sharpened the sound, getting it back in tune.
