Well, I'd say that you have certainly found a good website for what you are looking for. Sneezy.org is a goldmine for that type of information. I might also ask you what knowledge you have of klezmer. This would be helpful in sending in the right direction to present your project, and where to look. First of all, one clarinetist that you cannot forget is Benny Goodman. He is certainly not the only great clarinetist, but one of the most well known clarinetist of all time. Aside from being a phenomenal jazz and classical clarinetist, he helped to popularize the clarinet, especially during the big band era, when jazz and big band were the popular music at the time. You may also want to include a little bit of history, as well as information about different kinds of clarinets. Feel free to ask specific questions, however if these questions are about the clarinet in general, I ask that you please post them on the main BB. Anything about klezmer, and clarinet in klezmer is fair game here. Good luck! -- Nate Zeien
PS - I hope that the project wasn't due when the bell rang. Procrastination is bad. :-)
