The musicians in LA associated with the folkdance group AMAN played zurna pretty well, although this might be an oxymoron.

With all the arts funding drying up, AMAN may or may not still be in existence. For a while their musicians also toured separately as The NAMA Orchestra, and made 5 LP's. They had one of the first Klezmer revival recordings in the late 1970's. The ex-manager of NAMA lives here in Ann Arbor and still has a closet full of their vinyl - he might be able to to put you in touch with a zurna virtuoso. You can also get an LP for little more than shipping charges.

Sidebar: Some years ago there was an interview with Ivo Papasov on NPR. He said that his father traded two zurnas for his first clarinet. It was embarassing. the interviewer thought that a zurna was some kind of money.
