Our Klezmer band has been using the "Klezmer Band Book" and "Joy of Klez" for arrangements. We have violin, clarinet, flute, trumpet, trombone, piano, electric bass and drums in our ensemble. Are there any arrangements out there that are more than just a melody line and chords? We are willing to purchase.
Thanks for your help.

Kammen gives you a melody line and a "second" part, for Bb, Eb and C. Only the C's also have chords, but all the versions coordinate.
You might try creating high and low harmonies and countermelodies within the chords, yourselves, otherwise.

To further elaborate, since you have apparently have four melody instruments (are some doubling?), not including piano and trombone, you could write out a line for each note of each chord, following the melody line, for some sections of each tune, as desired. The trombone can wail along like in traditional jazz, underneath everything, ignoring the actual melody, while the violin or clarinet plays similarly over everything, leaving the trumpet, flute, and violin or clarinet to carry the actual melody with note for note harmonies within the chords.
Just some ideas.
