Don't know of any arrangements. "The Compleat Klezmer" by Sapoznik is a great introduction, especially the text in the front that talks about modalities. However, the transcriptions are only lead sheets (melody and chords). There is an accompanying CD that has the original recordings from which the songs were transcribed.

"Overture on Hebrew Themes" by Prokofief (clarinet, string quartet, double bass and piano) is probably level 5 or so. Don't know if there is a reduction available for just clarinet and pf, but it might be something to check into. The altissimo A on the 2nd page, and sections all in the throat register are the biggest challenges of performing this piece.
