turkish clarinet (sorry for double post)

Sorry to probably post something that other people have already posted but i am in a hurry for someone is visiting turkey and the time if crucial.

i have listened to turkish clarinet music and i am totally hooked. i have heard rumours that turkish clarinet are somehow special as they allow for microtonal interpretation. is this right ? is the turkish clarinet somehow special ?

i play duduk and i want to but a turkish clarinet, which would you recommend me ? i have no experience with clarinet but fell in love with the sound!

will you be kind and help me ?>
