Two good Klezmer fake books to start with:

"The Compleat Klezmer" by Henry Sapoznik - get it with the CD (only in C)

"From the Repertoir of German Goldenshteyn" (C & Bb books)

Traditional resources used on this side of the pond (great if you have a C clarinet) for contra dances:

"The Portland Collection" by Susan Songer with Clyde Curley, volumes I & II, about 300 fiddle tunes in each book, C book only

"The Ruffwater Book" by Judi Monringstar, another 125 tunes in C

And:

"The Barnes Book of English Country Dance Tunes" by Peter Barnes, volumes I (436 tunes) & II (another 400) in C
