Vangeli: For Greek dimotiki mousiki, you will need a very open mouthpiece and a very soft reed (like a # 1 or #1 1/2 reed). I have used Borbeck #16's, but many of us have found that the Clark Fobes "Jazz" 6L, and the John Pierce Jazz mouthpieces are very good for Greek folk music. Of course, different things work for different individuals.
