Thanks for that. Yes, Weird Metronome is great! I've just downloaded it and had some fun with it. Just what I was looking for, since the bloke who put it together (David) says that he wanted something to help him with playing Bulgarian tunes on the gajda, and it's exactly those 11/16, 13/16, 15/16 things that I wanted assistance with, along with some curlier 7/8 and 9/8 passages. It's also handy for settling disagreements (they do occur from time to time!) with other musicians when there's no drummer to keep us in line.

It would be very useful to have something more mobile, though. Is there any commercially available metronome device that does the same stuff and can be easily slipped into the gig bag?
