 klezmer courses weekends in europe

anybody an idea about teachers , workshops , weekends ?
With focus on clarinet playing of course and eventually arranging for small groups .

Asked this a few years ago , but was not able to make it at that time to one of the possibilities mentioned !

I know there is one week of klezmer education ( klezfest ? ) , was in germany a few years ago .
