 flute exercises, etc

I just had a lesson with my teacher, and she gave me this neat exercise that improves embouchure. Finger high D, then add right 1, the first trill key, and 2(all three fingers will be on the first two key area). From that fingering you will be able to get out both pitches of E and C#. The point is to go back and forth between the two notes and try to play both at once- it eventually will work!

The point is, I was wondering if anyone else had any cool exercises like that that improve tone and such
