i think i know what you mean and i think i have the answer you're looking for.
A flat: A flat, B flat, C, D flat, E flat, F, G, A flat
D flat: D flat (or C sharp), F, F sharp, G sharp, B flat, C, D flat (or C sharp)
i'm pretty sure that's it but i wouldn't bet my life on it. if you use your ears you can tell if it sounds like a wrong note in there somewhere, but i doubt there will be.

usually if you have a scale in flats you usually want to keep them flats, example instead of saying f#, it would be better to say Gb because it is a flat scale even though F# and Gb are the same.

Notes...do u know easy way and efectiv method to learn notes,iam playing Recorder for 6 monthes,hearing sheets music and then trying to repeate it and play with recorder .until now I gain agood progress but i dont know any thing about notes ,Do u have any suggestion,in any thing to improve my abelity?.I apperciate any help..thank you very much.
