First off, do you the notes for the chromatic scale? It is all the semitones:
Eb E F Gb G Ab A Bb B C Db D Eb
You can look up the individual fingerings for each note in the charts, but there may be special fingerings required for some of these notes - I'm not a flute player myself.

And it is the best to use just the basic fingerings, not the alternate fingerings because the alternate fingerings produce different tone quality that is sometimes worse than basic fingerings. For example, F# in the low register tends to be flat and if you use the alternate fingering, it will be clearly audible to be flat. The middle register of this note also tends to be flat, and therefore the alternate fingering should not be used. However, the high register of F# is very sharp. So, you have a choice to use the alternate fingering or blow downward and slightly slower for the high register F#. The alternate fingerings should be used ONLY if you have to when there are very fast notes.

Notes...do u know easy way and efectiv method to learn notes,iam playing Recorder for 6 monthes,hearing sheets music and then trying to repeate it and play with recorder .until now I gain agood progress but i dont know any thing about notes ,Do u have any suggestion,in any thing to improve my abelity.I apperciate any help..thank you very much
