 oboe reeds

What are the different kinds of oboe reed types? ex) medium, medium soft. Wnat are the differences between them?

the dfference is that soft are softer than medium and hard
softer reeds are easy for begginers but don't last as long, as an oboist progresses he/she progresses up the scale, harder reeds last longer and have better sound, if you are experienced that is.

thickness and the easiest to play and the best sound are medium-soft or soft
