LeBlanc lists them in their current catalog under Harmony Clarinets. They claim to be the only current mfr. http://www.gleblanc.com/gleblanc/lines.html

See also <a href=http://www.network.it/ripamonti/prices.htm>RIPAMONTI</a> in Italy and (not only for "albert system") <a href=http://www.schwenk-und-seggelke.de/englisch/index.html>Schwenck + Seggelke</a> in Germany.

I had occasion to try some Ripamonti A-flat clarinets last time I was in Milan. They had a very sweet tone and intonation that wasn't as bad as you might expect from such a beast. The price in American dollars is low enough (under $1800) that it doesn't seem too out-there of an instrument to acquire just for the fun of it.
