There are actually two ways of doing vibrato on sax. Since vibrato is the slight chnage in pitch back in forth, your could move your jaw to vibrato. squeeze and loosen slighty chnaging the pitch just a little. In doing it this way it sounds like the vibrato is being forced out.
Another way is to pulse the air but make sure that u still have fast air going through the horn. This takes a while to do it right and effectively. this also works on every wind instrument i believe.
What u should never do is to shake your hands on the keys to try to vibrato like a trumpet player. It may work but it sounds really bad.

look it's really easy, to practice make a cup with your hand and place it over your mouth. Then make a the sound "Ta ya ya ya ya ya etc". Make sure to not open your mouth too wide or too loose
