I need help I can play every note on the alto sax except for high g gan antyone help me

I presume you mean you can't play High G or any of the higher notes. (There's high G#, High A, High Bb, High B and so on.)

High G is the first note of the Altissimo range. You need to hold your mouth in a different shape for Altissimo notes. You can practice this mouth shape by playing the lower notes E and F using the fingerings:

E: T f-23|---
F: T f-2-|---

When you can manage these, it is the first step towards playing G with any of the standard fingerings.

no i mean that I can play all of the altissimo range except for high G and i dont know why
