There is not a leak but how is the emboshure?? I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT!!!!!!!!

Hey. You need to make sure you are dropping your jaw a lot for those low notes. It is relatively the same kind of difference as singing a high note and singing a low note..you need a wider collumn of air. The notes you are hearing when you finger the low note and get higher notes are simply the harmonics contained within that pitch.

For playing the sax (i'm assuming u are since u said tenor), you have to tuck in ur bottom lip under the reed, and put ur teeth on the top of the mouthpiece, and also, put LOTS of air support behind your notes...(and also, don't bite down 2 hard, have a nice relaxed "vacuum" around the mouthpiece)

hey... if you play the sax you need to tuck your lip under the reed, and put (blow more air) more air into the sax than if you were to play a regular note.. but dont blow hard to make it loud

The proper saxophone embrochure is a bit more comlex than that. You want to less tuck the lower lip and more position the lower lip between the lower teeth and reed for support. Many beginning sax players make the mistake of tucking the lip back too far which leads to poor control and tone, as well as a damaged lip. The sides of the mouth should offer some resistance against the piece to support the seal with the teeth gently resting atop.
How are you sure the instrument has no leaks? it could be that one of the octave pips is dirty and needs cleaning
