Are you sure it's the standard oboe you're talking about?
My reference book lists the range of the oboe as from the Bflat below middle C to the G an octave above the one just above the treble stave. The fingering charts here at www.wfg.sneezy.org give the same lower limit and have one notnote less at the top.
It is possible that you can get higher notes on the standard oboe, but there is no way of making it play any lower. Perhaps what you need is an oboe d'amore. This is a rare type of "alto oboe", which is pitched lower than a standard oboe. It looks a bit like a cor anglais (english horn), but smaller. If you can't get hold of an oboe d'amore, you'll have to play it on a cor anglais.

More info:
The normal oboe is described as "in C" and its lowest note is B flat. It is a non-transposing instrument, so it sounds as written.
The cor anglais (English horn) is described as "in F". Presumably its lowest note is E flat below middle C. It is a transposing instrument, sounding one fifth lower than it sounds. This probably means that you can use the same fingering on it as a standard oboe.
The oboe d'amore is described as "in A". I presume from this that its lowest note is G below middle C. It probably is a transposing instrument, sounding a minor third lower than the music is written.
