i was looking through and practicing trills and then i came to a trill a and b, anyone know an easier way to trill that???

Which A and B? Which fingerings are you using?
There is an excellent table of trills in the middle of Rubank Advanced Method Book Volume I and it is repeated in the middle of Volume II. There's also a trill chart on this site.
However, assuming that you mean the A and B in the middle of the staff, play the A in the normal fashion. For the B, add the highest (i.e. closest to the top of the horn) trill key that is in the group of four on the right hand side of the upper joint.
